# User Database blank

 * My user database has all of a sudden gone – I tried to log in today and keep 
   getting user id unknown. When I’ve checked my SQL WP-Users file all my users 
   have disappeared?
 * Is there anyway to restore these or set-up a new user so I can access my site
   again?

 * I’m confused. WordPress uses a single database. All users are in the wp_users
   table. Are you saying that the wp_users table is empty? If so, you’d need to 
   get a restoral from your webhost.
