# User customization

 * Hiya
 * This may well have been answered but if it has I’m blind and can’t find it. Are
   users of wordpress able to customize their own blogs? Such as change the backgrounds,
   add pictures and all that stuff that seems to be important?
 * If not, is there anything that allows this?

 * You mean themes? You can add a new theme quite easily, and you can also make 
   your own if you know what you’re doing with HTML/CSS (and PHP, but you don’t 
   need to know much unless you want to get stuck in).
