    I don’t want to create job postings myself in the backend, I’m clearly missing something here because I don’t know why anybody would want that.

    I want a user to come to my site, and create a job posting, that other users can then browse through.

    My goal is to customize this for a slightly different purpose. Instead of employers and job seekers, I want to use this for freelancers and potential clients.

    I want a freelancer to come to my site, and create a profile with their skills, hourly rate and contact info. Then, clients browse the site looking for a freelancer that matches the job they need done.

    Is this possible with this plugin?

    Currently, front-end job posting feature is not available in our plugin but it is possible to customize SJB plugin according to your custom needs.
