User created webpage

Just a question. Is there a theme that will enable a visitor to create their own user name and password which will then create their own “profile” page or pre-made web page? I want to have visitors be able to create a user and password and have a pre-made web page that the user can update certain information on it. I am trying to create a page that will allow a user to log on then click a box that will show that he has completed a home work assignment.
