User created Events

If you hit “Add New”, you get taken to a create page but there is no “submit” button and the field seam incomplete.

I do have the “Anonymous Create” enabled in settings.

Any ideas? If you hit “Add New”, you do see a calendar box for a split second. Could it be a theme issue?
