Hello,

Is it possible to let a user choose a number of hero/characters that is set by the admin and show this fullscreen/or with widgets on a other page?

Hi,

This is not possible straight out of WordPress. However, like everything in WordPress you can build it yourself 🙂
I did a quick search and this article offers some solutions:

Also, I think that the plugin ACF would be a good start, as it would help you to upload custom avatars.
