We have one single user who for some reason is unable to see any booking pass. He just gets the message that he has no booking pass compatible with the form.
Logging in as him, I can see he has a booking pass listed under his account, but it won’t appear on the calendar booking page. In WordPress, everything appears fine. Database looks fine, booking form looks fine, everything looks fine. He is the only user experiencing this.
I also tried deleting his booking pass and creating a whole new one, but the problem remains.
We are out of ideas to help this user and really need some support here. Thank you.
