    We have one single user who for some reason is unable to see any booking pass. He just gets the message that he has no booking pass compatible with the form.

    Logging in as him, I can see he has a booking pass listed under his account, but it won’t appear on the calendar booking page. In WordPress, everything appears fine. Database looks fine, booking form looks fine, everything looks fine. He is the only user experiencing this.

    I also tried deleting his booking pass and creating a whole new one, but the problem remains.

    We are out of ideas to help this user and really need some support here. Thank you.

    I will need:

    • An administrator account to your website or to a development website where I can reproduce the problem,
    • The user ID who experiences the issue
    • The link to the page where the booking form is displayed

    This problem has somehow resolved itself. We believe it’s related to a cookies/cache issue, but thank you for responding.
