    After “upgrading” to the Gold Cart, users on my site are no longer able to actually check out and continue to PayPal. This was all working correctly before the upgrade. Now, on the checkout page, the cart contents are listed, as well as the Calculate Shipping feature, but there is no form to fill out and send you to PayPal. This is a major major problem!

    I am unable to contact or post anything in their online support forum, as they say they have to approve my first forum post to verify that it’s not spam. My first post was well over a month ago, still no approval.

  • Update… I was finally able to get in touch with their Premium Support, and they were responsive once I got in. The issue was resolved after a few days.
