When i remove it, till now around 15 users signed up. You did not respond to that. * I manage hundreds of WordPress sites for clients and I’ve not encountered any such issue. * I’m not denying that you have a problem, but it’s also not necessary because of a defect in WordPress. We need to isolate the common thread between those who can upload and those who cannot upload. If you don’t have any access to logs and can’t get it from your host, let’s turn on WordPress’s own debugging and collect some logs. * Here’s a helpful guide: * > [Debugging in WordPress](https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/) * After turning on debugging, kindly ask a few of your users who are unable to upload images to try again, and check any relevant error messages you see. * **UPDATE:** * Just a quick thought: have you also confirmed your user’s images are less than your max upload limit of 1MB? The developer knows his/her code inside and out, and can immediately tell you what might be going on and recommend a quick fix.
