Hi @awesomeopp,
Sorry that you ran into issues here!
Can you tell me a bit more?
– What exact version of AWPCP? (number, please)
– Have you tried a conflict test? Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with AWPCP, which may help pinpoint the issue: http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/how-to-test-for-plugintheme-conflicts/
I’m wondering if you have something like Adminimize or similar plugin installed, which may be interfering…
Hi,
I have AWPCP v 4.03. Disabled all other plugins and had the same issue. Changed themes and had the same issue.
I was wondering if the user role made a difference. I tried assigning Contributor, Author and Editor but still was not able to move the ad to trash. When I assigned the Admin role I was finally able to move the ad to the trash.
I do not have Adminimize or any similar plugin installed.
Hmm @awesomeopp,
Well, sounds like we might need to discuss this in more detail.
Can you please contact us here with a link to the forum thread: http://awpcp.com/contact/
Hi there
Have the same problem, can you provide me with the solution for that?
thanks
I submitted the requested credentials and info 9 days ago. Haven’t heard back yet.
sent a request too and got the following answer today 3th sept.:
I believe we have a fix for this and it will be going out this week, probably tomorrow evening. I am double checking with the developer on this and will let you know for sure once I hear back. Thanks for your patience.
Hi @awesomeopp and @dspali,
Thanks for your patience on this.
We just released version 4.0.5, which is supposed to address this.
Try that and let me know if you run into more issues.
Hi,
I upgraded to v 4.0.5, ran the database upgrade, created a new test ad but was not able to delete it on my test account with a subscriber role.
Hi @awesomeopp and @dspali,
Well, I was just informed by my developer that this DID NOT make the cut of the last release, much to my surprise and disappointment. He’s cutting a patch for anyone who wants it prior to the next release (maybe next week?) and you can get it by contacting us here: http://awpcp.com/contact/
Sorry for the false start on that one…
No problem. We’ll see it in an upcoming release.
@awpcp, when is the next release planned?
Hi @dspali
Probably next week at this point.
