# User Blocked Invites

 * Hello, we are an agency that regularly gets admin access to our customer websites
   to install tracking codes. One recent customer of ours has reported that when
   they tried adding our email _[ email deleted, do not post emails again here ]_
   and they received a “User blocked invites” message
   How do we address this and
   change any setting that is causing this?

 * Well, since `/wp-login.php` redirects to `https://wordpress.com/log-in` and that
   the IP addresses of the server are in the `192.0.64.0 - 192.0.127.255` range 
   owned by Automaticc (the company behind WordPress.com), I’m pretty confident 
   this is a WordPress.com website.
