    when does the user and contact list sync happen? We have it set so that new wordpress users get added to a specific contact list – but when we added a user through a member plugin, that user wasn’t added to the mailing list. Is there a sync delay?

    The set-up is that a member is added through the ARMember plugin and then a WordPress user is created – once this wordpress user is created, aren’t they supposed to immediately be added to the mailjet mailing list? When we tested it, that is not what happened.

    Hello, the Mailjet plugin adds a subscription opt-in checkbox to the WordPress user registration form. The users need to mark it in order to be subscribed to the list.

    I’ve installed the ARMember plugin and it modifies the signup page, but the subscription checkbox is properly shown, so the process should work.

    Thank you for the response – Right now my customer is manually adding members to the AR Member plugin – so I will check the new member add form they are using.

    Ok, so the armember add member form doesn’t have the “subscribe to our newsletter” box. The wordpress user profile has it. However, in MailJet I have the contact list set at “Automatically add all my future WordPress subscribers to a specific contact list” so once the ARMember creates the WordPress user, shouldn’t they also be subscribed to the newsletter? Or am I reading/understanding that option wrong?
