# User Agent Issue

 * I have a CMS running imports at the moment. All was working well until I attempted
   to load a batch of 300+ rows referencing the one image on my WordPress Media 
   Server. This has now caused WordPress to ‘blacklist’ my CMS User Agent. I have
   Whitelisted the IP, but this doesn’t seem to have fixed the issue. Can someone
   tell me how I can whitelist a User Agent through WordPress, or should it be done
   through my host provider.
