user account activation after log on for the first time

    I have never used WPMU I even do not have it. My current website is on kohana but I would like to migrate to WPMU.

    on my website (multisite) user can register on any website (let’s say website A), and use that login to log on on any other website (different domains as well). the thing is that in my system user after registration on website A is only a member of that website. So admin of only that website can manage his account. When user will log on on website B, then he became a member of that site too and admin of website B can manage his account too.
    By managing I mean ban him, give him extra permissions, etc. When user will be banned from website B, he can still access website A, as admin A did not ban him.

    can this plugin do that?

    You’ll require some kind of central login and single-sign-on mechanism to read/write cookies to/from a central location. This plugin does not do that exactly, though another plugin could/should be written to make it so.
