User access to wpadmin

    I have recently just installed the latest version of WordPress on my computer along with Wampserver as my server. I have created user profiles on my wpadmin page for myself and a partner in another state. I put the server online, and they are able to access the website. However, they can not access the wpadmin page because it says the page is not available. How do I give them access to the wpadmin page?
