User access to individual store pages

I’m rolling out store locator for a franchise with about 50 locations (individual owners). The franchise owner would like his individual store owners to be able to access and update their store pages such as adding directions or changing store hours.

Is there a way to accomplish this? I did see that you had mentioned an upcoming feature but I didn’t see it in the feature logs.
