User Access Manager plug in bug

So I’m currently using the User Access Manager version 1.2.4.3 plug in and I have the setting for user redirect (if a user is not logged in) set for the home page of the website. But when a user not logged in actually tries to go to a page where they would otherwise be redirected back home, it sends them to a page on penis enlargement. The url stays exactly the same as the page that they are trying to visit (not the home page) but the page displays all this stuff on penis enlargement pills. I think some malware may have been installed on the website or something. I really don’t know. Help please!
