Hello
How do I give certain roles of users access to create a ticket on the ticket submission page?
For example, editor and general manager

Hi @amirabbasjadidi

Other users than support users can only access tickets from the backend. only support users can access the ticket submission page. However, we have a powerful add-on Agent front end that allows agents to access tickets on the front end to reply to the user.
