User able to place order on invalid postal address

    Hi there,

    We are having an issue with checkout on this plugin. Users are able to bypass shipping validation and pay a rate of 0 for shipping, by putting an invalid postal code.

    The error message for the invalid postal code comes up, but the user can still click the “place order” button (it is not disabled).

    It can be replicated as follows:
    1. Add a product to cart
    2. Proceed to cart
    3. Proceed to checkout
    4. Enter a correct email address and complete the form (including the checkbox)
    5. Now enter an incorrect postal address
    6. Notice that you can still click on “Place order”
    7. This will redirect to the payment gateway, but with 0 for shipping
