I was contacted by a person from the company that I could talk with and get understood right away (straight, easy, fast). Like I said, it’s a great solution but they have to improve verification process & persons who made the verification and give a little training to the live support. Why? Because with the current “mechanism”, they will not get anywhere. For the sake of comparation, on a competitor of this company, I was verified right away (in a matter of hours) with the same papers/documents.

Could be a good solution but is useless if they can’t even approve an account. All the docs were uploaded (like Business Certificate, CONSTATATOR certificate, VAT certificate and so on) 3 TIMES, in BOTH format, pdf and jpg/jpeg and they were rejected every time. I even tried live chat 2 times and no luck (NO they are NOT scans, xerox, printscreen, etc.). Sorry but I think the “person” who checks the docs is not a person, it’s a monkey suffering of miopia.
Considering this, I have a BIG question mark about their services and their support in case you need it… they lost my trust before even useing their services.
