Useless, Doesn’t Actually Sync

    Connected the plugin to our store successfully, all the webhooks were created (and unfortunately, overwrote our own webhooks—not a fun surprise!!), and the store is showing as connected in Constant Contact. However, contacts don’t actually get synced, and there’s no way to manually sync them. They just get synced “daily”. Absolutely useless, and we will be investigating a different solution.

    We’re sorry you had a bad experience with the plugin, especially with one to many existing webhooks somehow getting cleared out. Definitely not an intent with the plugin.

    Much of the functionality indeed is details on Constant Contact’s end to access the install and keep things in sync. It’s meant to be as seamless as able for the site owners.

    We would have loved to attempt to troubleshoot issues you were experiencing via a support thread, but understand that you’re looking elsewhere for a solution to fit your needs.
