• If you have a service that you’d like to offer prior to 9:00 am, in ANY different increment other than 4 hours, this plug-in is for you. Otherwise, this thing just plain sucks!!

    A complete waste of money. I wish I could get a refund!

    Hi there.

    We’re sorry to see you had some difficulties setting up the plugin.

    Amelia offers time slots anywhere between 1 minute and 24 hours, but it all depends on the Default Time Slot step. The working hours of your employees define the availability of your services, so if the employee is working from 09:00 am, the service will be offered from 09:00 am. In order to change that you need to change the work hours of the employee.

    Global Work Hours apply to new employees, but if you change them, they will not modify the work hours of existing employees, so that may have been the case on your end but we can’t say for sure without some detailed info.
