Useless and Frivolous Support

Have tried to get help with a problem (after adding sticky header with plugin, the menu scroll stops working properly, and user cannot reach bottom of page). This is likely caused by a conflict between the Plugin JS/CSS vs Full screen menus in mobiles.

With so many WordPress themes, and increasing more users of mobile websites, I’m sure many would face this problem after installing this sticky menu or anything plugin.
I posted a support ticket, and the admin WebFactory did a cursory swipe, saying problem not found, and marked ticket as resolved.

I went to search forum/support again. To no surprise, many users posted similar problems.
I posted second ticket indicating clearly what happened. And sought help for this issue.

WebFactory (ie admin for Sticky Menu or Anything) – simple said there is no solution because they cannot adjust JSS/CS code. What the fish??? Totally uninterested and lacklustre response. PLS DO NOT install and use this plugin unless you expect to solve all problems yourself and face a plugin author or installer that is only interested in making money and not making his/her plugin better.
