• Stay away from this plugin. Is advertised a lot but it’s faulty. Don’t waste your time.

The plugin doesn’t allow you to upload multiple variations of the same font (.e.g light, bold etc) without a premium license key (~$10). Even after I purchased the license I couldn’t upload my font. I have all the variants (bold, regular, light) in all the formats required (tft, woff, eot) but this plugin wants to do some kind of conversion on their server. Guess what: their server is not able to do any conversion of the TFT, WOFF or EOT formats. It simply says “Problem converting font to woff/woff2 formats. Please contact support.”. The support is inexistent. You have a “support forum” and a Facebook messenger. I don’t use facebook messenger but I downloaded it and tried anyway to get my money’s worth. However for nothing b/c they were not online.

I’ve wasted more than an hour of my life for this useless plugin…and $9.99

Got you Msg on FB. FB Messenger is not 24 hr Live Support. So we couldn’t reply within 1.5 hrs.

Also as requested in FB, we have processed your refund and should be back in your account by next day.

If possible, please send us the font file there so that we can find why the font conversion was not successfull.

Thank you for trying our plugin.

@themihai I ran into this same issue last year. This issue isnt the plugin developers fault. By default WordPress doesn’t support Woff/Woff 2. You can bypass this by uploading the fonts through FTP. I applied mine to a child theme. You may need to update some code in your functions.php file.

There are plenty of free file conversion programs out there. TIFF is the most common for web fonts. If all else fails convert then upload.
