Just wanted to follow up on this and see if I can help you debug the issue you’re having.
All images are 100% width and not change.
One thing about this is that under the Advanced Settings, we have an option to disable 100% width. Is that the situation here? Typically sites will want to use a responsive slider so we have this enabled by default, but if you want it to be exactly the width x height you have entered, you can just disable this setting.
