Thanks for indicating the issue about the cross button for Promotional Banner. We’ve fixed the issue, added Dismiss Button and pushed an update. I hope it’s fine now.
Some Addons have limited features so we’ve shown a message to Users to Upgrade for features unlock. Others are doing the same, it’s not affecting FREE versions functionality. We’ve placed it at the end, on the day end we’ve to live also for selling Premium Versions.
Please re-consider your rating, we’re giving full time afford on this plugin making better day by day. Users like your Opinion is helping us a lot.

That’s not good. Please do not use other plugins to justify your behavior. They don’t write your code, you do.
Also please lose the signature, that’s not allowed here.

I’m not justifying other plugin’s behavior. I did a mistake and resolved it.
I don’t understand where I left my signature.
Another thing, it was 2 Star Rating. But I’m seeing it’s now 1 star. After resolving the issue how it becomes 1 star?

Because the user changed the review. They can do that. Any user doesn’t need anyones approval to modify their review.
My complaint was not resolved.

From a User Experience point of view your promotional banner is VERY intrusive. It’s on EVERY ADMIN PAGE. EVERY SINGLE ADMIN PAGE. How do you not get how intrusive that is? Adding a dismiss button, only slightly alleviates the pain.
Can you imagine that in order to work properly I have to dismiss your ad EVERY SINGLE TIME there’s a refresh or I go to a new page. I know no other plugin that does this.
There’s a dismiss button. Right now, the functionality like – if you close button then it will not show again. Passed option value for that.
I will take a look again, re-considering your Rating is very important to us. We’re a startup, learning lots of things.

Resolved your complaint completely. Promotional Banner will show only “Master Addon” page. The cross button issue also fixed.
