Support » Plugin: AfterShip - WooCommerce Tracking » Useful but not without issues

  • Aftership is an easy to use and useful product, but it’s not without it’s issues. I decided to try premium so my customers would receive ‘Picked up’ and ‘Out for delivery’ notifications.

Unfortunately AfterShip fails miserably on Couriers Please shipments. Shipments have usually been delivered before AfterShip registers a ‘Picked up’ event which means “premium” is a waste of money.

I contacted AfterShip support and was told that tracking updates can take 3-12 hours – this despite shipments taking 22 hours to show their first event. I wasn’t offered a refund for the affected shipments, nor was any acknowledgement made that there is a bug with their Couriers Please integration.

On the upside, Australia Post and DHL integration seems to work well.
