Image optimisation occurs regularly and the results in terms of disk space savings are good.

The filters that do not allow you to understand which images are not optimised or have errors do not work.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the feedback.

Glad to hear the optimization results and disk space savings are working well for you. I also appreciate you pointing out the issue with the filters.

If you’re open to it, feel free to reach out to our support team so we can take a closer look at your setup and help where possible.

I wrote to support, but their response suggested solutions based on facts that were not true and/or not feasible in practice, blaming plugins that are essential to my site, such as WPML and RankMath. I did not receive a response to my further request for clarification.

I would like to point out that my client has an infinite licence.
