Thank you for your feedback @misangela.
We are sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your images, but there can be various reasons for this. Facebook and any other network will always display the information they find in the source code of your link since Blog2Social just sends your link towards them.
After that, Facebook tries to fetch the necessary information (“og:image”) from your links source code. For example, if it takes too long fetching the information, if your image is not available or if there are multiple open graph tags in your source code, this could cause issues. These guides show you:
Why is my image not displayed in my social media posts?
What are open graph tags and what do I use them for?

We recommend making sure that you’re using only one plugin for setting your metadata, that your security settings are not set too strictly, and that your image is available so Facebook can fetch and display it properly.
Not a single solitary thing has changed. NOTHING. The plugin just does not work correctly any more. I have to go to FB and refresh attachment and/or edit the post manually. EVERY time.
My BIG question is this: aside from scheduling posts, will the paid version be any better at posting the images, or will I still have to MANUALLY check every single post for the image? Because if I have to check, then there is no point of subscribing. I am willing to subscribe for this particular site, BUT if I have to still manually check every post, I will ask for a refund. I know FB is wonky, I’ve been doing this for a long time. BUT I also know that plugins are JUST as wonky and may or may not be a better product if I spend money. SO, B2S, what say you? If I try the product, do you stand behind it and will you give me a full refund if the paid version is no better than the free one?
Thanks for your response.
