• There was an issue plaguing the newest version of the plugin which added extra padding to the bottom of pages, and proved to be stubborn having no means to roll back the version of the plugin. Support was very swift on fixing the issue however and was very transparent with me. I’m glad this is fixed, this plugin gives the best results among any caching plugin I’ve ever used.

Hi @carlofabyss thank you for your rating.

Really sorry to hear that, but since you mentioned that it was some code and it stayed there even after disabling HB which should not make permanent changes to your site, I was wondering if you already discussed this with our support team? I’m sure that we can help.

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Jorge, I appreciate it, I’m going to have to get in touch with them one of these days. I have a pretty busy workflow, and don’t always have time to talk to support for the products I use, I would like to discuss it with them however. I’m just pretty disappointed that such a good product caused such a headache from an update. I’ll talk to them and I’ll try it once again on my clients website. For now I’ve refrained from updating on any more of my clients websites. This gave me some pretty good results, but now I don’t want to upgrade anything until these things have been addressed.

    Hello there @carlofabyss,
    hope you’re doing well! 🙂

I guess you’re talking about the Pro version as the Free version here is still on v.1.9.4.1.

As for the premium version, a fix is already pushed for this annoying issue with the latest version 2.0.0.1.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris
