Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » used to be great, updated and now is 10x harder to manage orders

  • They have just updated woocommerce (again) and now when you try and copy the customers address, it directs to the customer order.
very frustrating! – why not add a “copy text” button next to it?

not only that, but they’ve added in the “quick view” which doesn’t open or fit to the window correctly. and isn’t quick to view or use.

Marking orders complete from there is available, however once you’ve done that, there is no way of knowing if its actually worked or not, as it doesn’t tell you has successfully marked it as complete.

Tech support is only available for paying users, not free users – woocommerce is a free plugin :S

tech support is unhelpful, palming you off with useless links and messages that dont help in any way at all.

  • Rude comment.

Free support is offered on this forum.

You can still use the ‘completed’ button to mark your order as such, see Screen Options on the Orders-page.

Why do you need to copy the customer address? Maybe there’s an easier way.

Quick view works fine. You are having a conflict with another plugin, maybe? Use the support forum and find out!

FWIW 3.3.2 will have a fix to allow copying the old column values if used. The new preview however can be used instead. That preview window is responsive so if it looks odd, it may be browser cache missing the new styling.

The page refreshes so you can see if it worked or not after the page loads..

It would be unsustainable to support all free users on the customer helpdesk. But we do try to help users on these forums – not that you’ve started any threads so it doesn’t look like you’ve given them a chance to help? 🙂
