Used to be great, but it automatically overrides title tags incorrectly

    This plugin used to work great, but it has had ongoing issues since around 2.2.7.6. Title tags are automatically defaulted on all my posts / categories to “Blog | Site Name” and are not overridden when I have entered in a unique title, and also it overrides and php programming for custom titles structure.

    I’m sorry you decided to leave a bad review for a plugin you’ve been enjoying, rather than ask for support.

    Typically we’ve found that issues with titles are either wrong settings or a conflict with the theme or another plugin. In the event that there’s an actual bug, we’d love to know about it so we can fix it.

    The doc title defaults to post title | site name. If your title is “Blog | Site Name” then there is likely a settings misconfiguration. https://semperplugins.com/documentation/title-settings/

    I don’t know what “overrides and php programming for custom titles structure” means, but you can use our API hooks like aioseop_title to change it to anything you want.
