Support » Plugin: Post Grid Combo » Used to be Great

  • I guess this is the first casualty of the blocks for me. It appears that it no longer functions unless you’re using blocks, which we are not. Support has been unresponsive, and our page completely broke with an update to the plugin. We used to have a filterable grid of custom posts that worked beautifully, now we’re left with a mess and I’m searching for a replacement. Documentation has been unhelpful as it doesn’t address the upgrading issues. Extremely frustrating experience.

    Hi @mywebmaestro,
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

I saw your last post on our forum, and intentionally I wasn’t responding because I was waiting for our Developer to fix the issue.

However, we have resolved the issue and updated both the free(v2.2.12) and pro(3.2.38) versions of our plugin.

Please install the latest pro version, 3.2.38, in order to fix your issues.
In order to get the pro update, you’ve to include the license key under settings. Screenshot:
You’ll get a notification for updates if you’ve included the license key. If you missed the notification, then from your WordPress dashboard => Updates, click on the ‘check again‘ link. Then check the pro version and update.

    Let us know the update.

I’ve already replaced it with another plugin that was easier to set up. I initially tried just creating a new view with this one, but gave up in frustration. (I might have waited longer and stuck with it had I known it was being worked on.)
