used to be good, lot of problems now

I used the Contact form for a year but since the changes it has failed twice, resulting in lost business. The first time it required me to whitelist the IP that POWr sends emails from as it would be flagged as SPAM. The second time, the problem was with the plugin not looking for the correct email address to send email notifications to in MX records, but the plugin *assumed* the email address was on the same server as the web page (it was not). This is a serious design flaw that will effect anyone who’s email is hosted with Google or another service. I launched a ticket 4 days ago with POWr and still have not received a reply. VERY disappointing. I would suggest looking for best rated Contact plug ins and download one of those.I am awaiting a refund, but the lost business is a much bigger problem.
