Used short code and there is blank space where slider should be.

Love the plugin and impressed with all the features. Just can’t get the slider to show up no matter what page I add the short code to.
It’s currently on http://www.dietandlife.com/about, and simply a bank space above content.
Tried clearing site cache. I use WP Fastest Cache. Not sure if this will cause conflict.
