I’ve used the paid version of WP All Import to migrate small amounts of content and I’ve used it on larger datasets. Here’s what I have been able to import:

    • 600+ blog posts
    • 700+ pages, posts and custom post types (from Drupal) and category structure
    • 3,500 galleries, with 40,000 images (not WordPress galleries, mind you)
    • 1700 WooCommerce products
    • Various custom post types with 30-40 custom fields and categories and custom taxonomies
    • Merge multiple WordPress websites (3) into one and then import data from a custom built CMS.

    Important!
Read through the settings and help docs carefully. If you rush, you can wind up with data in the wrong field, etc.

Any time I have had an issue, their support staff responds in a reasonable amount of time (fairly quickly) and are very helpful.

    Hosting Note!
To those having issues with it not working with your host, talk to your host. You’ve probably hit a time limit on how long the process can run, but they can typically lift the limit just so you can finish importing. Some hosts are not that way and absolutely will not change a thing for you. However, that isn’t the plugin developer’s fault.

Overall, WP All Import is VERY robust and extremely helpful for moving a lot of data.
