• Having used this plugin on several websites, I am now spending more time on loading issues, it seems that the ‘card fields’ fail to load, so are very narrow and stop customers entering payment details.

    This is happneing so frequently now I am testing another developers Stripe plugin.

    Can’t give it less than 3 as it does work… there is no too many times it doesn’t

    That’s odd. It generally happens due to JavaScript errors on site. When it happens (when the fields fail to load or are small) — then please open the JavaScript console in your browser and send us a screenshot of it.

    Sorry swapped to another plugin on that particular site, when it happens again on other sites I will check and let you know.

    Recently going through the same issue. I took a screenshot of the only error that mentioned stripe.

    We swapped to a different Stripe plugin and it seemed to have stopped the issue, but the client by then had lost faith and went back to PayPal…. And have had no issues since.

    I am having same problem. This is quite a big problem.
    Also I am getting general error when trying sepa direct payment.

    Sorry to hear that, I never found out what the issue was, I think it is a ‘non loading’ JS and possible down to your cache plugin.

    And after having switched a different Stripe plugin, my client decided he had enough and switched to Paypal!!!
