Use your current location automatic shipping update

In an effort to make our website as stupid proof as possible, we’ve had a lot of customers come in saying our shipping cost are outrageous because it is going based off of our location and not theirs. It appears people don’t read (go figure) and don’t update their shipping cost to get an accurate cost. I’m not the best programmer so I’m not sure on how to go about this but is there a way to add a tracking script, the ones that pops up saying “[Site title] would like to use your current location” then they would choose yes or no.

That way, if they were to choose yes, it would update their location automatically and show them a accurate price for their shipping. I’ve been searching for something like this or a way on how to implement it but can’t figure out how to go about.

If anyone knows of something like this or an idea on how to add it, I’d love to hear your input!
