Use to work and no longer does :-(

    PW WooCommerce Exclude Free Shipping worked well before a recent redesign and now its unusable. I’ve tried a combination of deactivating other plugins to test conflicts and set up a mirror site for the developer to test with out luck. Developer did responded minimally to my initial two emails saying he would check the testing server and has since gone silent which is unfortunate. This was a great simple plug-in and filled a need.
