I have a situation where my SMTP settings were wrong, so about 200 users never received the default WordPress verification email. I need a solution that will re-send the verification or somehow allow me to manually register them.

Will this plugin help me with the 200 users that are “stuck” in the middle of the registration process? The users show as members in WordPress, but simply never verified their password, so they can’t actually participate in my forum (which uses the WP login to access.) Can I import these users into Simple Membership, and force a resend?

Finally, does anyone know if this scenario would cause problems with Simple:Press? I am using that for the forum, and the purpose of all of this is to get those unregistered users into the Simple:Press forum without deleting them and asking them to sign up all over again.

Hi, there is an add-on that will import all WordPress members into the plugin.

You can then go to WP Membership -> Settings -> Tools and regenerate a completion membership registration link.

In regards to your last question, I personally have not tested Simple:Press. I guess you could trial it for one member and see if it works for you.

    Regards
