Use theme CSS should work fine with the default theme

    When using the default theme, there is a gray background inside of the editor, although the content after saving is is placed on a page with white background.

    Also the left margin could be a bit smaller. In other words, CKEditor should be compatible as much as possible with the default theme.

    I added small fix to this. It will be released with next plugin version.
