use shortcode from another plugin

    Hello,

    I have a private section with the plugin “PrivateContent” by Luca Montanari. In the area there is a form with contact form 7.

    In the mail of contact form 7 I would like to use the shortcodes of the PrivateContent plugin. [pcud-user-data f = “name”] [pcud-user-data f = “surname”]

    I would like to give the name of the currently logged in user.

    Is there a possibility for this?

    Hi there,

    If the user is already logged in, you already know their basic information. You do not need to reference special shortcodes provided by another plugin.

    Contact Form 7 fields are capable of pre-populated already known information.

    Contact Form 7 talks about this and shows examples on the document ‘Setting Default Values to the Logged In User.’

    In your case, for the equivalent of “name” use default:user_first_name and “surname” would be default:user_last_name.
