Use relative paths for CDN

    We are hosting http://www.earth911.com/ with wpengine and their CDN automatically works with all relative paths. Slidedeck, however, is not using the CDN resource paths, presumably because it’s using full paths, or something?

    I’d really like the slidedecks to use the CDN’d images. Loading all the slidedeck iframes on the site is heavy to start with, and having the images load quicker would be at least a start.
