    Hey Danny,

    Looking in the debug log I’m getting the following error message:

    Response: 400 Bad Request – {“type”:”http://developer.mailchimp.com/documentation/mailchimp/guides/error-glossary/”,”title”:”Member Exists”,”status”:400,”detail”:”cane********@gm***.com is already a list member. Use PUT to insert or update list members.”,”instance”:”211e6640-5d08-4628-8022-36b267d915bb”}

    How can I ‘use PUT to insert or update list members’?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Rob,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Can you please go to the “MailChimp for WP > Integrations” menu in your WordPress admin, then click on “Contact Form 7” and let us know if you have enabled “Update Existing Users” option?

    Hi Harish, yes, ‘update existing subscribers’ is set to Yes. That’s what I don’t understand.
