    After last updates in speed insights I see this message:

    No big changes in JS optimization in this release and AO itself only uses event listeners on the frontend when “lazyload” is active (on the images settings tab), but nothing changed there (the lazyload JS is seperate from the aggregated JS anyhow).

    upon further inspection after disabling Autoptimize (by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL), it turns out the event listener Pagespeed is complaining about is part of jQuery (see screenshot below).

    but no idea why pagespeed is complaining about that now and not before I’m afraid .. :-/
