 * Is there a trick to use the “offset” parameter in the rss feed for a wordpress
   blog?
 * Example: website.com/rss/?cat=10&offset=1
 * I want to show all the items from a category except for the latest one. I was
   hoping a could use the same query used in a page template, but it apparently 
   isn’t available. Any suggestions?
