Use of XCache without administration access?

    Hi W3TC team,

    a few days ago I configured W3TC to use XCache. My website is on a “Virtual Server Managed”. My web hoster installed XCache for me, but without administration access. Now when I’m in the WP backend I get pop-up messages asking for XCache access data, but I don’t have them and won’t get them. I can’t even save something, so I had to turn off XCache usage. How can I have W3TC working properly with XCache without administration access?
