Use of the name of hook in a plugin

I am developing a module resting on hooks present in the topics. To use the hook, I implement the function add_action (<nom_du_hook>, <fonction_proto>), and I developed a function “fonction_proto”. In this function proto, I need to know the name of the hook which initiated this function. I in vain test different synthaxes, I do not manage to obtain this value. Does somebody know if it is possible? Thank you by advance for any help
