use images for attributes

Tried 5 or 6 plugins to try to allow us to use images instead of text within the attributes of a simple product, but the image never displays.

Some of the plugins only work on variable products, but couldn’t get that to work either.

Anyone use something that actually works and is simple to use?

We do have the Variation Swatches and Photos extension for showing the attributes as images on variable products.

Thanks for the reply.

We have to use it as Simple Product so your own plugin isn’t suitable unfortunately, but we’ll look into the other one you mentioned, thank you.

Seems like this should be something WooCommerce should do out of the box.

We tried maybe 5 or 6 different plugins/code alterations to make this work but none achieved what we wanted.

This however worked out of the box, is very simple to use and does exactly what we wanted it to do:
