I’m pretty confident this can be optimized to around 1300 translation strings… In it’s current state translating the plugin is a bit of a disaster. If you truely want this to be the #1 security plugin, this needs to be addressed. Interesting project …

    Thanks @nlpro, yeah unifying the language we use is definitely something we want to do. It can be confusing for users, and as you’ve mentioned puts unnecessary work on translators. We have some things planned in this regard, but I’ll see if we can find some time to work on that before then.
